Homm Suites Laguna, part of Banyan Group

Lovely fully furnished and serviced 2 bedroom suite. Great location. Part of Banyan Tree and Angsana Group so had access to great amenities. Staff were lovely. Property is a little dated and run down but that is part of its charm and why it is much cheaper than other comparable properties. Staff were lovely. Can catch the free shuttle to nearby places to eat, shop, visit the beach etc. lovely breakfast each day. We stayed for 9 days so obviously we ate a lot of the same thing but it was always fresh and delicious. Kids loved the donut selection each morning.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, always really helpful. The villas were spacious and well maintained. The area is so pretty. The view over the golf course is beautiful ( and I am not a golfing person ). Laguna is a great area that we had never stayed in before with lots of great restaurants. The buffet breakfast is well worth the $$$ and caters for all tastes. Can thoroughly recommend. And we will definitely return.

Staff was always extremely friendly, the rooms are already a bit older in style, but top cleaned and very friendly furnished. The size is perfect for a family, easy to access everything around the hotel. We only used the pool one afternoon - but I can tell you, that the slide has it, a pity we didn't used it more often. The pool bar offers snacks and food, an absolute decent hotel to relax for a few days. There have been paintings etc going on - they maintain the hotel very well, it is not disturbing and it's lovely to see that someone still puts some love into it. Breakfast doesn't have a wide range of varieties, but for us a tea with a hot chocolate croissant and some fruits were more than enough. We had a rental car, restaurants were just a 3-5 minute ride away but just too far to walk with children. just in case, that;'s the whats app contact for the car rental: +66927101063. Pick up and drop of at the airport, done within less 5 minutes and 30$% cheaper than the big brands.

I thought that the staff were wonderful! They were really friendly and professional. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Lovely swimming pool and really large, clean rooms.
